Culture, along with history, show that human beings ensure their permanence through education, as a strategy to assimilate knowledge and modes to survive, strengthening their capacity for adaptation and location in several, particular and vital contexts where their life is developed.
This article integrates two keys to human development through the educational process, those are: knowledge, on one hand, understood as a reality that places the human being in front of others and the things that surround him, and ethics, on the other hand, it refers to the principles that guide and give meaning to the existence of people in the world.
